Billable Partner Client. "Billable Partner Client" means any Partner Client who paid for a monthly Retail Membership Fee (or for which ConsumerDirect has approved a waiver of a monthly fee) or for which Partner has incurred a charge for a Sponsored Membership, as applicable.
Paid Membership means Partner Client will be charged a Retail Membership Fee as defined in the applicable Order Form, after any applicable Trial Membership period.
